Requirements

  • 3+ years ServiceNow Platform experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications desired
  • At least 5 years technology advisory experience (AI, ML, Data Science focus) preferred
  • Proven track record driving business growth and customer satisfaction via innovative technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, sales, marketing)
  • Strong industry connections and network
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality results
  • Ability to travel up to 50% annually

  • Deliver ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities
  • Provide technical guidance on GenAI technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure successful deployment of GenAI solutions
  • Lead GenAI enablement programs
  • Develop and deliver GenAI Impact Accelerators
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
  • Improve and evolve GenAI accelerator offerings
  • Contribute to thought leadership documents
  • Create white papers and knowledge base articles
  • Make GenAI information accessible
