Requirements

  • •Several years of DevOps Engineer experience
  • •Experience in Azure, AWS, GCP, or comparable on-premises environments
  • •Confidence with container technologies and Kubernetes
  • •Hands-on experience with observability stacks
  • •Automation skills using Bash, Python, or comparable scripting language
  • •Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines
  • •Experience with Kafka as a plus
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • •Very good German and English communication

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Operate and improve Kubernetes-based cloud resources
  • •Manage monitoring, logging, and Kafka solutions
  • •Design and maintain container-based CI/CD pipelines
  • •Collaborate with developers on delivery pipelines
  • •Optimize observability for Azure and Kafka
  • •Create dashboards and automated alerting mechanisms
  • •Develop operational concepts for Confluent Cloud
  • •Apply Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
