Requirements

  • •Over 5 years DataOps experience
  • •Experience with data-related CI/CD pipelines
  • •Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • •Passion for Climate Science intersection
  • •Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • •Ability to work independently
  • •Excellent English communication skills

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

5 - 7 years

Tasks

  • •Build and maintain a data platform for advanced analytics
  • •Support climate modelling through DevOps and data engineering
  • •Design and implement organization-scale data infrastructure strategies
  • •Establish technical standards across the entire organization
  • •Set up metrics to ensure platform reliability and performance
  • •Monitor and optimize platform performance continuously
  • •Standardize production data workflows
  • •Provide technical guidance to data analysts and scientists
  • •Drive adoption of DataOps, security, and governance practices
  • •Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concepts
  • •Define the technical roadmap for data infrastructure modernization
