Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Initial hands-on experience in AI development, ideally with SAP AI Core, AI Business Services, Joule, BTP Data & Analytics, or comparable AI technologies
  • Strong affinity for Quality Engineering, structured testing, AI evaluation, and model quality improvement
  • Demonstrated security expertise, meeting modern security and compliance standards
  • Proven track record as full-stack developer with many years of software engineering experience
  • Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities, collaborative mindset, clear communication, and technical guidance
  • Target-oriented working style balancing technical understanding with business priorities, focusing on customer value
  • Structured, organized approach to work, ability to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning in AI and software engineering technologies
