Requirements

• •4+ years of data analytics experience
• •Experience in scale-up, tech, or consulting
• •Experience owning business department relationships
• •Ability to drive data-informed decision-making
• •Deep expertise in at least one domain
• •Clear perspective on KPIs and drivers
• •Advanced SQL skills
• •Experience with BI tools, dbt, and Git
• •Python skills as a plus
• •Strong analytical mindset
• •Ability to structure ambiguous problems
• •Clear communication across diverse audiences
• •Track record of high-impact analyses
• •Proactive and opinionated mindset
• •Confidence to take ownership
• •Comfortable challenging the status quo
• •Close collaboration with technical stakeholders
• •Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
• •German skills as a strong plus
