- •6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science
- •Fluency in SQL and modern data stacks (e.g. dbt, AWS, BI tools)
- •Strong people leadership and communication skills
- •Motivation by sustainability and measurable climate impact
- •Very good command of English

Tasks
- •Lead the transition to predictive, data-driven decision-making
- •Design and implement a robust semantic data layer
- •Establish governance standards for accurate and compliant metrics
- •Define and roll out self-service analytics for non-technical users
- •Act as a strategic partner to leadership for KPI and insights
- •Coach and develop the Data Analyst team
- •Improve workflows and allocate resources effectively
- •Innovate customer interactions with carbon footprint data
- •Drive the BI/Analytics roadmap and prioritize initiatives
