Requirements

  • Profound engineering background with a minimum of 5 years industrial experience
  • Proven ability to create state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong technical communication and decision-making skills
  • Extensive experience with C++ and Linux
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP)
  • Experience with Linux, SELinux, ROS2, or distributed systems
  • Experience in C++, JavaScript, Python, Qt, OpenCV, ROS2, GTest/GMock, Git, Azure DevOps, Linux, and RT Linux
  • Background in regulated sectors (medical, aerospace, automotive)
  • Hands-on doer and interdisciplinary networker
  • Innovation mindset with enthusiasm for high-tech medical products
  • Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus

Tasks

  • Ensure product security from regulatory and practical perspectives
  • Assess cybersecurity needs and create requirements aligned with project goals
  • Develop modern solutions and guide testing for medical products
  • Discuss software architecture and documentation to meet cybersecurity standards
  • Manage software supply chain risks, including SBOM creation
  • Evaluate third-party components for security
  • Support post-market cybersecurity activities
  • Collaborate with scrum teams, including developers and product owners
