Senior Customer Success Manager - French and English(m/w/x)
Growing whitelabel partner portfolio for digital health products, building senior stakeholder relationships. Native French and strong English communication skills required. Up to 33 days vacation, 30 days remote work allowance.
Requirements
- 5+ years Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS role
- Own and grow key accounts (renewals, expansions, forecasting)
- Translate product/technical to business value
- Native/near-native French (C2.2)
- Strong professional English communication (C1+)
- Analytical, resilient, and focused approach
- Confident communication with senior decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with customer success metrics
Tasks
- Own and grow strategic whitelabel partner portfolio
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Drive partner success and business impact
- Understand and manage partner goals and risks
- Ensure high adoption, retention, and renewal
- Identify and lead expansion opportunities
- Contribute to revenue targets through strategic planning
- Lead quarterly business reviews and executive discussions
- Act as central leader for complex partner topics
- Align internal teams for solution development
- Work on cross-partner initiatives
- Develop scalable solutions for portfolio efficiency
