- Make credit decisions within delegated authority
- Build and maintain a performing loan book
- Monitor high-limit customers and their risk profiles
- Present customer risk profiles to the credit risk committee
- Analyze complex operational workflows and systems
- Systematize business problems and design solutions
- Develop scalable and compliant straight-through processes
- Utilize AI capabilities for process improvement
- Facilitate information flow between colleagues
- Support a culture of open dialogue and mutual respect
