- Strong project management skills with experience in negotiating complex contracts
- Strong writing and communication skills in Polish and English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Tasks
- Support and lead project management tasks
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Help clients identify suitable technical concepts based on site and market conditions
- Coordinate with developers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Facilitate seamless integration of systems during projects
- Conduct technical due diligence for complex finance transitions
- Lead technical preparation and management of tendering processes
- Review offers and evaluate technical proposals
- Support standardization initiatives within the Wind Advisory Team
- Develop modular technical requirements for international projects
- Provide training and mentorship to project team members and subcontractors
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
