- Coordinate with developers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Conduct technical due diligence for finance transitions
- Manage technical preparation and coordination of tendering processes
- Review offers and evaluate technical proposals
- Support standardization initiatives for technical requirements
- Provide training and mentorship to project team members
