Requirements
- •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering in relevant field or related field
- •Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Offshore wind project development, execution, and/or operation
- •Knowledge and understanding of wind project disciplines like design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects
- •Strong project management skills with experience in negotiating complex contracts
- •Strong writing and communication skills in Polish and English
- •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- •Support and lead project management tasks
- •Ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements
- •Coordinate with developers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- •Conduct technical due diligence for finance transitions

- •Review offers and evaluate technical proposals
- •Support standardization initiatives for technical requirements
- •Provide training and mentorship to project team members
