End-to-end SAP S/4HANA FI/CO implementations for industrial transformation. 5-8 full project cycles in SAP FI/CO or FSCM required. Company car for private use.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5–8 vollständige Projektzyklen in SAP FI/CO und/oder FSCM
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse Finance/Controlling-Prozesse und Fähigkeit zur Übersetzung in Systemdesigns
  • Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA-Projekten oder entsprechende Zertifizierung
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Template- und Rollout-Projekten (idealerweise)
  • Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C2)
  • Reisebereitschaft im projektbezogenen Umfang

Tasks

  • End-to-End-Implementierungen von SAP S/4HANA im Bereich Finance und/oder Controlling (FI/CO) verantworten
  • Fachliche Anforderungen analysieren und bewerten
  • Geeignete SAP-Funktionalitäten und Best Practices identifizieren
  • Fit-Gap- bzw. Fit-to-Standard-Workshops planen, vorbereiten und durchführen
  • Solution Design erstellen
  • Umsetzung identifizierter Gaps und Prozessverbesserungen unterstützen
  • Systemintegrationstests durchführen
  • Datenmigration und Cutover-Aktivitäten unterstützen
  • Systemimplementierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Near- und Offshore-Teams sicherstellen
  • Sparringspartner für den Kunden sein
  • Projektmanagement-Aufgaben übernehmen
