Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbar
  • •Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • •Mindestens 6 Jahre SAP-Projekterfahrung mit Fokus auf Finance (FI) und/oder Controlling (CO)
  • •Tiefe Kenntnisse in der Integration mit der Logistik (MM, SD, PP)
  • •Erfahrung mit S/4HANA, idealerweise in S/4 HANA Implementierungsprojekten
  • •Erfahrungen mit KI, KI-Tools, Analytics oder Predictive Accounting von Vorteil
  • •Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Beratungsgeschick sowie Motivationsstärke mit Leadership-Mindset
  • •Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken, Zielorientierung und Souveränität im Kundenkontakt

  • •Beratung und Steuerung von Kundenprojekten im SAP-Umfeld
  • •Verantwortung für FI- und/oder CO-Teilprojekte in S/4HANA-Transformationsprogrammen
  • •Entwicklung von Prozessen, Fachkonzepten und Templates im Finance & Controlling
  • •Leitung von Kundenworkshops zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • •Begleitung strategischer Entscheidungen im Finance-Umfeld
  • •Umsetzung des Customizings im SAP-System
  • •Fachliche Führung und Presales-Unterstützung
  • •Aktive Weiterentwicklung des Beratungsportfolios
  • •Einbringung innovativer Ideen für KI-gestützte Finance-Prozesse
  • •Sicherung der Integration von Finance-, Controlling- und Logistik-Prozessen
