Requirements

  • •2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, healthcare strategy, or data-based project work
  • •Proven expertise in KPI development, performance measurement, and benchmarking logic
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • •Experience supporting pitches, RFP responses, and business development activities
  • •Willingness to travel internationally as required for client engagements
  • •Self-driven, structured, and highly collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • •Fluent in English; German is a plus

  • •Lead workstreams in international healthcare benchmarking projects
  • •Co-develop project methodologies and KPI frameworks
  • •Contribute to pitch preparation and proposal development
  • •Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational readiness
  • •Guide and mentor junior colleagues in client interaction
