- •Experience in analytical roles for business data analysis
- •Ideally experience in customer-facing consulting or sales engineering
- •Alternatively experience in an inhouse data mining role
- •Good knowledge of Business Software or SaaS applications
- •Experience implementing RPA, BI tools, or dashboards
- •Knowledge of Python or SQL
- •Experience in collaborating with IT teams
- •Experience identifying use cases for process improvement
- •Ability to act as a change agent
- •Experience in planning and managing project scopes
- •Experience communicating roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- •Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- •Sovereign appearance
- •Understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domains
- •Ideally expertise in manufacturing, automotive, or retail industries
- •Degree in Technology, Engineering, Informatics, or comparable program

- •Translate customer objectives into value assessments
- •Execute proof-of-value projects
- •Build specific Celonis business cases
- •Develop and present product demos
- •Facilitate business value workshops
- •Engage with senior stakeholders
- •Secure long-term partnership agreements
- •Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- •Drive measurable business impact across processes
- •Accelerate adoption of the Celonis platform
- •Identify high-impact Celonis use cases
- •Leverage industry benchmarks to win customers
- •Communicate strategic roadmaps to C-level executives
- •Identify opportunities for process enhancement
- •Derive and initiate improvement measures
- •Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives
- •Present realized value to senior management
- •Manage customer landing, expansion, and renewals
- •Build strategic expansion roadmaps for customers
- •Embed Celonis as a transformation platform
- •Provide product feedback based on use cases
