- Solid conceptual knowledge of AI and machine learning, assessing use cases and supporting implementation
- Experience designing business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for data, AI, or technology initiatives
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (ideally GDPR, Financial Services)
- Good understanding of IT Due Diligence, value creation planning, and technology's role in investment decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, tailoring messages to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution, focusing on measurable business value
- Ability to simplify complex technology topics and explain business impact, cost, timeline, and risk
