Requirements

- Lead AI compliance framework development
- Oversee AI ethical risks and EU AI Act alignment
- Draft data protection agreements
- Negotiate DPAs, SCCs, and Joint Controller arrangements
- Manage AML framework implementation
- Implement fraud detection strategies
- Implement anti-bribery policies
- Maintain an audit-ready environment
- Act as escalation point for investigations
- Handle personal data breaches
- Manage complex Data Subject Requests (DSARs)
- Execute compliance risk assessments for partners
- Ensure end-to-end supply chain integrity
- Coordinate with supervisory authorities
- Coordinate with external counsel
- Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Maintain compliance records
- Manage Record of Processing Activities (ROPA)
- Manage internal regulatory reports
- Design compliance training for stakeholders
- Mentor junior legal and compliance team members
