- Mitigate risk through pragmatic frameworks
- Guide leadership in assessing legal risks
- Mentor and grow the legal team
- Foster ownership and collaboration across functions
- Coordinate external counsel in multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure cost-effective legal service delivery
