Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-orientation, discretion, and professional integrity

Tasks

  • Design and implement global compensation and benefits strategies
  • Manage day-to-day reward programs across all locations
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking for competitiveness
  • Maintain salary ranges, bonus frameworks, and equity data
  • Support annual and off-cycle salary review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with international pay transparency laws
  • Oversee benefits administration and vendor coordination
  • Enhance benefits offerings based on market insights
  • Drive communication for recognition and well-being programs
  • Align rewards with performance management processes
  • Provide data-driven insights for reward decision-making
  • Maintain accurate HR data within Workday systems
  • Prepare dashboards on compensation and recognition metrics
  • Supply reward data for budgeting and workforce planning
  • Create engaging materials to explain total rewards programs
