- Ensure compliance with Commissioning Plan and standards
- Develop and approve commissioning scripts, tests, and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Review QA/QC and commissioning readiness
- Monitor construction progress
- Align commissioning with Basis of Design and specifications
- Manage scripts and track issues
- Drive issue closure in Management System
- Manage Issue Resolution Log
- Identify and track defects and issues
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams
- Support change management and RFIs
- Handle submittals from a commissioning perspective
- Lead commissioning handover to Operations
- Ensure testing and documentation readiness
- Chair and participate in commissioning and project meetings
- Produce clear progress reports and KPIs
- Attend and monitor critical testing events
- Report on commissioning scope, schedule, risks, and status
