Integration Manager(m/w/x)
Leading integration for data center infrastructure projects across design, construction, and close-out. Multi-vendor environment management experience required. Flexible hybrid work, 4-day work week.
Requirements
- University degree in Construction, Mechanical / Electrical or Telecommunications / Network Engineering or similar
- Multiple years of relevant experience in similar role
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure
- Detail-oriented with proactive approach
- Risk, quality, and schedule management skills
- Influencing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective client, contractor, management interaction
- Ability to manage expectations
- Ability to influence change
- Ability to report/update accurately on progress
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Comfortable operating as senior on-site representative
- International work experience or working in international context is advantage
- Available for on-site work
Tasks
- Lead integration activities through Design, Construction, and Close-Out phases
- Coordinate internal and external teams
- Attend and contribute to multi-disciplinary design and construction workgroups
- Run key meetings and provide progress reports
- Collaborate to resolve issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders
- Ensure effective and timely information flow between contract parties
- Provide constructability, scheduling, phasing, and risk input
- Manage telecoms and integration procurement strategies
- Coordinate Bill of Materials and supplier tracking
- Oversee quality, safety, change management, and Nexus-based inspections
- Produce and manage Integration Requirements Documents
- Create and manage phasing drawings and handover documentation
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Corpnet, WAN, Fabric, Core, Security, and Operations
- Act as full-time on-site client representative
