Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or revenue operations
- Exposure to Customer Success teams or similar commercial functions
- SQL working proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with CS tools
- Experience with BI tools
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Technical and analytical skills
- Impact-led project management skills
- Business expertise
- Collaborative communication skills
Tasks
- Analyze customer usage, adoption, and engagement data
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from data analysis
- Package and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders
- Design and maintain reliable dashboards for key CS metrics
- Track metrics such as spend, NRR, churn, product adoption, and health scores
- Ensure data quality and reporting integrity
- Maintain reliable and consistent metrics for decision-making
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance
- Align on customer KPIs and data definitions
- Develop alerts and triggers for at-risk accounts and upsell opportunities
- Build retention models and renewal forecasts
- Support OKR tracking frameworks
- Define and improve data processes and reporting standards
- Establish best practices within the CS and data functions
