Tasks
- Drive sales activities and target achievement within the 'Invest 2 Grow' pillar
- Promote NRM mindset and principles
- Conduct NRM lever sprints with SCT NRM Lead and countries
- Uncover mid-term growth opportunities
- Support further development of growth opportunities
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Analyse initiative performance
- Ensure actions deliver tangible business outcomes
- Collaborate with IT and Data & Reporting Specialists
- Contribute to the evolution of future NRM tools
- Support international rollout of NRM tools
- Strengthen Price and Promotion levers
- Develop capability-building materials
- Create playbooks and how-to guides
- Develop best practices
- Deliver structured programs and workshops
- Embed NRM skills across international and local teams
- Coordinate country visits and audits
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities
- Focus on products, packs, channels, pricing models, and technologies
