Tasks
- Develop the long-term commercial strategy and target state
- Create strategic roadmaps and decision templates for leadership
- Support the multi-year global sales transformation program
- Coordinate cross-functional regional and local management teams
- Manage strategic initiatives from concept to local implementation
- Optimize commercial processes like lead-to-order and pricing
- Define relevant KPIs and commercial steering mechanisms
- Roll out best practices for go-to-market and sales models
- Standardize role profiles and customer segmentation strategies
