Requirements

  • 4-5 years proven experience in Revenue Management, Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Consulting, (B2B) Sales or similar
  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, Finance or related analytical field
  • Mindset focused on bottom-line profit (GOPPAR) and acquisition costs
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, leading without authority using data
  • High technical affinity, comfortable overseeing automated pricing algorithms and system configurations
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality, taking commercial ownership of property clusters
  • Business fluency in German and English

Tasks

  • Lead commercial operations for 10 Limehome properties
  • Ensure RevPAR and GOPPAR performance
  • Manage and override Revenue Management System parameters
  • Design and execute rate plan strategies
  • Optimize Length-of-Stay for peak and shoulder demand
  • Monitor daily performance and prioritize actions
  • Identify and convert local demand generators
  • Execute targeted local outreach with warm leads
  • Build a local commercial pipeline
  • Direct Channel Managers for targeted OTA campaigns
  • Quantify commercial impact of operational issues
  • Accelerate fixes across Operations and Guest Experience teams
  • Partner with Marketing for CRM campaigns
  • Evaluate CAC vs. OTA commission trade-offs
  • Present commercial performance in leadership sessions
