Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Development, Management, or E-commerce
- 2+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods
- P&L performance ownership or significant contribution
- Ability to connect customer insights, product performance, pricing, and operational levers for growth strategies
- Thrive on responsibility and ownership with a founder's mentality
- Deep understanding of pricing, margin drivers, channel dynamics, and portfolio management for data-driven decisions
- Ability to make things happen cross-functionally, align teams, manage dependencies, and follow through
- Collaborative and influential
- Ability to navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams
- Lead through influence and structured communication
- Comfortable with ambiguity, creative problem-solving, and quick adaptation in fast-scaling environments
- Fluency in English

- Enhance supply performance
- Act as category expert for Italy
