- •Successful Channel or Partner Management experience
- •Experience with Resellers, VARs, or MSPs
- •Proven record of exceeding performance objectives
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •International experience working across multiple countries
- •Resilience and ability to overcome obstacles
- •Desire to learn and improve
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Superior relationship-building skills
- •Proactive problem-solving and solution development
- •Experience leading regular business reviews

Tasks
- •Identify and recruit strategic channel partners
- •Onboard new partners within the DACH territory
- •Create and execute collaborative business plans
- •Promote joint sales and marketing activities
- •Generate deal registrations through partner networks
- •Monitor and report on partner pipelines
- •Track key performance metrics by territory
- •Drive internal and external partnership evangelism
- •Coordinate co-sponsored events and account mapping
- •Establish close relationships with internal Account Executives
- •Support co-selling initiatives with regional partners
