Tasks

  • Drive sales, revenue, and productivity for assigned categories.
  • Define assortment, manage brands for b&m and e-Commerce.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle within a defined area.
  • Align strategies with overall assortment and category plans.
  • Manage supplier relationships, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Identify joint opportunities with suppliers.
  • Define commercial, activation, and promotion plans.
  • Collaborate with the revenue and growth department.
  • Monitor and analyze market, supplier, and brand performance.
  • Review product performance and budget using internal KPIs.
  • Provide sales and turnover reports and analysis.
  • Generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Recommend improvements for assortment, pricing, and positioning.
  • Maintain overview of existing and new floorplans.
  • Plan store openings and renovations using floorplan data.
  • Manage merchandising updates, orders, and localization.
  • Coordinate merchandising delivery for corner/store openings.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, CRM, retail, finance, digital teams.
  • Develop integrated consumer-centric strategies.
  • Drive growth, profitability, and brand performance.
  • Provide feedback and input to central teams.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising on gondola updates.
  • Support retail excellence and brand activations.
  • Manage brand network changes throughout the year.
  • Negotiate additional brand investments with EME teams and suppliers.
  • Increase profit and brand loyalty.
  • Localize centrally negotiated brand elements.
  • Improve internal and centralized processes and tools.
  • Enhance productivity and internal collaboration.
  • Lead Junior and Category Managers.
