Tasks
- Define and execute category strategies
- Conduct spend analysis and market intelligence
- Develop sourcing strategies and supplier segmentation
- Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships
- Drive category-driven procurement innovation
- Deliver measurable savings with EBITDA impact
- Lead category-level data analysis
- Optimize cost and supplier performance
- Develop and manage category and supplier KPIs
- Ensure procurement excellence
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Engineering
- Align with global GXO procurement teams
- Identify and mitigate category-specific supply and commercial risks
- Lead complex, strategic negotiations
- Implement global standards for category management
- Transform operational buying into tactical and strategic management
