Requirements

• •Experience in Category Management within e-commerce
• •Exposure to country-level steering, ideally
• •Experience in cross-functional collaboration, ideally
• •Experience with forecasting and margin management
• •Experience with performance steering
• •Understanding of category decisions' P&L impact
• •Comfort operating in steering committees
• •Interest in contributing to commercial discussions

Tasks

• •Steer multiple product categories strategically for the Austrian market
• •Align category initiatives with country targets and commercial priorities
• •Collaborate with the Country Management Team on sustainable growth
• •Translate company targets into concrete category initiatives
• •Initiate corrective actions when performance deviates from plans
• •Support annual planning and forecasting with data-driven insights
• •Optimize assortment strategies and onboarding roadmaps
• •Develop product bundles and sets to increase order value
• •Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders like Pricing and Procurement
• •Lead and develop a team of three Category Managers
• •Foster efficient processes and scalable ways of working
