Requirements
- •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical development of automotive camera systems
- •Master’s or above in Optics, Physics, Electrical, or a directly related field
- •Proficiency in working principles, selection criteria, and interface design of core camera modules
- •Well-versed in camera image quality metrics and reliability testing protocols
- •Solid understanding of camera intrinsic calibration processes and triangulation-based ranging principles
- •Familiarity with ISO 26262 and its application to ADAS products
- •Strong systematic thinking and interest in solving complex technical challenges
- •Fast self-driven learner, resilient with energy, curiosity, and open-minded approach
- •Outstanding communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
- •Fluency in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
- •Exceptional written and visual presentation skills
- •Willingness to travel

- •Support R&D in developing competitive architectural solutions for automotive camera products
- •Analyze customer RFI/RFQ documents and clarify requirements
- •Translate requirements into critical technical points
- •Lead or contribute to system architecture design proposals
- •Coordinate with R&D teams to finalize solutions for customer requirements
- •Review designs for technical feasibility and market competitiveness
- •Present Technical Addendums on-site at OEM locations
- •Advocate for optimal solutions and negotiate technical deviations with customers
- •Address customer inquiries during technology assessments
- •Provide timely and professional support for feasibility evaluations
- •Monitor progress of technical issues in camera development projects
- •Research industry trends and new technology requirements for the EU region
- •Contribute technical insights to roadmap planning
- •Stay updated on technological trends in the camera industry, including key components and manufacturing processes
