  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B/public sector sales or business development of enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent understanding of customer business domain (healthcare IT solutions)
  • Good understanding of sales and public procurement processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and align views with stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Result-oriented approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German
