Requirements
- 6+ years in bid/proposals/capture management, leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Business, Finance or Engineering
- Proven track record managing complex bid pipelines, ideally in Aerospace or Space
- Drive and energy for fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Proven track record in value proposition generation for tenders, proficient use of business winning toolkits
- Experience in competitive tender development
- Knowledge and experience of business finance, costing for high complexity programmes
- Experience in risk management & generation of risk registers for bids
- Experience of bid planning and management for high value, complexity, volume bids through internal governance, managing internal stakeholders
- Experience in government bidding in regulatory onerous environments, such as Aerospace and Space
- Proficiency in technical writing of proposals documents

- Own internal deliverable templates
- Support Spire’s Sales Review Process
