Description

Architecting Go-based services for global logistics and SleepTech hardware integration at D2C brand with 30+ markets. Extensive experience in cloud-native architectures and Golang required. Hybrid work model, 30 days vacation.

Requirements

• •Experience designing backend services and APIs
• •Strong background in Go (Golang)
• •Understanding of computer science fundamentals
• •Experience with cloud-native architectures
• •Experience with databases and messaging systems
• •Several years of software development experience
• •Appreciation for clean and documented code
• •Experience implementing various software tests
• •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• •Self-organized and proactive attitude
• •Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Tasks

• •Architect and design Emma’s backend platform
• •Support growth into SleepTech and global logistics
• •Design and scale backend services using Go
• •Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs
• •Integrate APIs with internal and third-party systems
• •Work within service-oriented and API-first architectures
• •Build event-driven systems using SNS, SQS, or Kafka
• •Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS
• •Own the full development, testing, and deployment lifecycle
• •Monitor and operate your team’s tech stack
• •Continuously improve the team's technical infrastructure
• •Ensure code quality through automated testing
• •Perform code reviews and manage CI/CD pipelines
• •Collaborate within an agile and empowered team
• •Share knowledge and mentor fellow engineers
• •Improve DevOps and SRE practices
• •Participate in recruitment to grow the tech team
