- •Minimum 5 years software development experience
- •Excellent communication and listening skills
- •Strong knowledge of Java
- •Experience with Spring and Spring-Boot
- •Experience implementing RESTful APIs and microservices
- •Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- •Experience with modern development practices
- •Proficiency in Linux operating systems
- •Experience with distributed systems implementation
- •Awareness of open source activity
- •Previous experience with AI
- •Knowledge or Certification of AWS
- •Knowledge of JVM tuning and profiling
- •Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization
- •Knowledge of messaging or streaming technologies
- •Knowledge of web UI frameworks
- •Knowledge of Python, C#, Node.js
- •Exposure to Capital Market domain

- •Participate in Agile ceremonies and design sessions
- •Develop and maintain the Indexes software code base
- •Work with traditional and cloud-based architectures
- •Implement functional and scalable software solutions

- •Promote test-driven development and continuous integration
- •Drive innovation by introducing new technical ideas
