- Implement logging, metrics, and tracing standards
- Optimize systems for security and performance
- Deploy services using cloud and containerized environments
- Partner with product and design teams

- Translate complex problems into technical plans
- Lead code quality and system design
- Steer long-term platform strategy
- Mentor engineers to raise technical standards
