Description

Scaling Go-based microservices for high-throughput email data management and AI-driven content generation. Professional experience with Go and Java or Kotlin required. €1,560 annual flex allowance and unit-based long-term incentive plan.

Tasks

• •Design and build backend services for the Email product
• •Evolve email data management and analytics services
• •Develop content generation backend features
• •Maintain scalable Go services for high-throughput processing
• •Manage event-driven communication and external email integrations
• •Contribute to REST API and asynchronous messaging systems
• •Develop data-intensive workloads within a distributed landscape
• •Collaborate with frontend engineers on Studio integrations
• •Ensure a cohesive user experience through cross-team collaboration
• •Own features from initial concept to implementation
• •Manage feature deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• •Participate in agile, cross-functional team workflows
• •Perform code reviews and share responsibility for quality
• •Improve reliability and performance using monitoring tools
• •Enhance system observability with modern tracing tools
• •Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated releases
• •Ensure safe and frequent software deployments
• •Identify technical improvements for the Email domain architecture
