Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business-related field
  • Sound credit background from banking, rating agencies, or public accounting firms
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis
  • Knowledge of rating approaches and processes
  • Ability to independently review CRM credit decisions
  • Independent assessment of reviewed portfolios/exposures
  • Excellent verbal and written German skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Good command of a further business relevant language
  • Solid team player

  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to meet firm deadlines
  • Flexibility to deal with various responsibilities

Tasks

  • Assess credit ratings and rating systems
  • Evaluate credit standards and risk management
  • Conduct complex asset quality reviews
  • Review individual exposures in Wealth Management portfolios
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of review reports
  • Collaborate with AQR team members
  • Engage in detailed discussions on review findings
  • Prepare concise review sheets with recommendations
  • Discuss review results with rating analysts and credit officers
  • Escalate conflicts to AQR Senior Management
  • Participate in CRM watchlist and portfolio meetings
  • Liaise with management and colleagues in CRO, Finance, and Business
