Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills
  • 3-5 years of experience and a master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Interest in financial modelling
  • Experience in analyzing debt/instrument documentation and transaction structures
  • Previous experience in a global organization and ability to work in an international, regulated business environment
  • Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and ownership of tasks
  • Commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice

Tasks

  • Provide insightful credit risk analysis
  • Formulate credit rating recommendations based on financial statements
  • Develop company and sector-level credit rating research
  • Interact with Finance and Treasury teams to gather information
  • Communicate with investors through reports and presentations
  • Document analyses for clarity in credit rating decisions
  • Present conclusions to the credit rating committee
  • Manage relationships with rated issuers and investors
  • Collaborate with analysts to enhance cross-sector knowledge
  • Support data gathering activities for the team
  • Share analytical expertise and ideas to improve operations
