Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate credit analysis experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of financial statement analysis
  • Understanding of legal transaction and debt documentation
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective teamwork and strategic problem-solving approach
  • Knowledge of Automotive, Capital Goods, and/or A&D sectors
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for meetings
  • Proficiency in AI tools and experience with generative AI

Tasks

  • Conduct comprehensive corporate credit analysis
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of corporate entities and infrastructure projects
  • Analyze and monitor a portfolio of approximately 15 credits
  • Apply S&P Global Ratings' Methodology
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and issues
  • Collaborate with senior management, Finance and Treasury teams, and stakeholders
  • Gather and analyze relevant information
  • Establish strong work relationships
  • Prepare and present detailed rating recommendations to rating committees
  • Ensure precision and timeliness in analyses
  • Publish thorough credit analyses and sector commentaries
  • Enhance transparency and communication within debt markets
  • Engage with investors and market participants
  • Foster understanding and support informed decision-making
