- Strengthen brand perception and customer engagement
- Contribute to Zalando's visual identity evolution
- Push innovation in storytelling
- Stay ahead of creative, cultural, and fashion trends
- Present new initiatives and creative directions
- Influence internal and partner relationships
- Lead brainstorming sessions with customer insights
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with data
- Partner with Senior Creative Lead and Creative Directors
- Set the creative bar with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior and mid-level creatives
- Own higher-level, concept-driven briefs
- Apply a strategic, agency-style approach
- Ensure visual output adheres to brand guidelines
