Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a comparable creative role
  • Strong conceptual thinking and hands-on execution skills
  • Experience with photography, film, and production workflows
  • Experience with using AI for content generation and creative workflows
  • Refined visual sensibility and understanding of contemporary culture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong eye for storytelling, detail, and craft
  • Organised and reliable with project management skills
  • Degree in Visual Communication, Design, Advertising, Fashion, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English with understanding of cultural nuance

Tasks

  • Develop and execute 360° creative campaign visuals
  • Champion innovative creative approaches, including AI
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and designers
  • Lead small to medium-scale photo and film productions
  • Build and present creative concepts and moodboards
  • Work independently on mid-sized creative briefs
  • Support senior team members on larger campaigns
  • Evolve Zalando’s visual identity with Senior Creatives
  • Partner with internal and external talent for creative excellence
  • Maintain awareness of trends in social media and fashion

Work Experience

  • 3 - 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
