In this role, you will drive business growth by building advanced demand forecast engines and experimentation frameworks that optimize marketing investments and enhance the partner experience.

Requirements

• •Master degree, PhD, or related quantitative discipline
• •Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning
• •Command of causal inference as a plus
• •Industry experience in developing forecasting models
• •Knowledge of state-of-the-art forecasting practices
• •Bias for simplicity in technical methods
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Curious and self-starter mindset
• •Ability to unblock self and request support
• •Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark
• •Commitment to high coding standards
• •Experience guiding colleagues and organizing initiatives

Tasks

• •Refine the article demand forecast engine
• •Co-own the scientific roadmap for forecasting
• •Design and implement advanced experimentation frameworks
• •Measure the causal impact of CRM campaigns
• •Build models to optimize customer promotion targeting
• •Directly influence marketing investment and value attribution
• •Prototype and productionize demand forecast solutions
• •Communicate technical results to diverse stakeholders
• •Manage the full algorithm development cycle
• •Iteratively improve models using new data sources
• •Build model pipelines using Python, R, or SQL
• •Mentor junior scientists to foster continuous learning
