You will drive the company's CRM strategy by building sophisticated causal models and experimentation frameworks that maximize marketing efficiency and ensure every investment delivers true incremental value.

Requirements

• •Academic foundation in Economics and Machine Learning
• •Knowledge of Causal Inference and Uplift Modeling
• •Two years industry experience in CRM
• •Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity
• •Preference for simple and effective solutions
• •Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark
• •Commitment to high coding standards
• •Knowledge of Algorithmic Optimization (plus)
• •Experience guiding colleagues and organizing initiatives

Tasks
