Requirements

• •Ph.D or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• •2+ years of research experience in AI research
• •In-depth experience in deep learning, particularly vision language transformer models
• •Proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• •Experience implementing software and executing complex experiments with large AI models and datasets
• •Publication records at top conferences and journals

Tasks

• •Drive research experiments using unique datasets
• •Provide size and fit advice to over 50 million customers
• •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on deep learning products
• •Develop, evaluate, and deploy deep learning models
• •Propose and lead initiatives from development to deployment
• •Contribute to scientific publications in top-tier journals
• •Mentor junior scientists and foster team collaboration
• •Share knowledge within Zalando’s science community
• •Partner with applied science leaders and product managers
• •Deliver advanced deep learning solutions to customers
