- Collaborate with AI Product Managers and IT Ops
- Establish foundational engineering patterns
- Implement testing, evaluation, observability, and deployment
- Design and implement LangGraph/LangChain workflows
- Integrate with internal data via APIs and connectors
- Automate end-to-end flows using Power Automate
- Build evaluation datasets and define quality metrics
- Run regression tests and implement observability
- Implement guardrails for prompt injection and data exfiltration
- Handle PII redaction and align with retention/audit requirements
- Build reusable libraries and artifact generators
- Support central functions in deploying Power Automate workflows
