  • Commercial analytics or insights role experience
  • Strong SQL capability (Data bricks or similar)
  • Ability to navigate global matrix organization
  • Independent, self-driven working style
  • Confidence partnering with data scientists and technical teams
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust across departments
  • English CV required for application

Tasks

  • Own EUC performance narrative and commercial analytics
  • Deliver automated, accurate sales insights
  • Analyze controllable inputs and key value drivers
  • Identify growth trends across the shopper journey
  • Build and implement business sensors
  • Anticipate trend shifts and support forecasting
  • Partner with EUC GM and Leadership Team
  • Translate insights into clear actions
  • Lead business review moments
  • Synthesize long-term category, consumer, and competitive trends
  • Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analysis
  • Combine pricing, promotions, assortment, distribution, and retailer data
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Align on insights and deliver quantifiable business value

  • approx. 4 - 6 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

  • English – Native
  • German – Native
