Tasks
- •Act as a functional expert for POS dataflows
- •Manage sales, returns, promotions, and inventory movements
- •Enhance store applications and back-office tools
- •Maintain integrations between ERP, POS, and middleware
- •Coordinate with payment providers and omnichannel services
- •Validate data and monitor interface pipelines
- •Handle errors across various system interfaces
- •Process master data and transactional updates accurately
- •Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
- •Verify end-to-end flows across digital and middleware components
- •Collaborate with vendors and internal business stakeholders
- •Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- •Support store technology rollouts and new feature releases
- •Maintain process documentation and interface mappings
- •Develop test scripts and functional guides
- •Provide knowledge sharing and training for internal teams
