- •Train business users and team members
- •Document solutions for the strategic IPP platform
- •Evaluate data and specifications to prioritize implementations
- •Resolve business support requests through cross-team collaboration
- •Perform root cause analysis on business processes
- •Model technical approaches using standard software
- •Collaborate with global product teams and key customers
- •Ensure fulfillment of all customer SLAs
- •Support business users across several EBS R12 modules
